This isn’t a typical resort-hopping tour — it’s a deep dive into the wildest, snowiest zones of Central/East Hokkaido. From tiny community resorts with untouched lines to volcanic ridges with steam vents rising through deep snow, every day offers a different playground. Expect varied terrain, ever-changing conditions, and a real connection to Japan’s winter soul.
Independent arrival at Sapporo New Chitose Airport (CTS) by midday. Meet your guide and group transfer by private van. Transfer to the first riding zone (approx. 2h 30min), Check-in and welcome briefing. Gear check & safety overview.
We start the tour in a small, high-potential local resort. Perfect terrain to warm up and, depending on weather, run a full avalanche safety review.
Overnight in the same base area
New day, new resort. We chase the freshest snow to one of Hokkaido’s many small community resorts, where snowfall is deep and the vibe is pure. Overnight in the same base area.
We head to Furano, a local favorite and Forever classic. Expect tree canals, playful terrain, and magic snowfall if we’re lucky. Overnight in Furano area.
Conditions depending, we aim to ride volcanic terrain — steep bowls and tree lines with serious character — finishing the day in a remote forest zone with an unreal atmosphere.

A flexible day to follow the storm. After riding, we transfer to Asahikawa, the cultural and logistical heart of Hokkaido’s north. From here, we access some of Japan’s best powder zones while enjoying the atmosphere of a vibrant mountain town. Overnight in Asahikawa.
We hit a lesser-known resort just outside Asahikawa. Deep snow, dreamy trees, and barely anyone around — a true hidden gem. Overnight in Asahikawa.
We ride the mighty Asahidake, Japan’s tallest volcano. Expect super light powder, incredible alpine lines, and steam vents rising from the snow — a surreal, unforgettable experience.

Independent transfer from the hotel to New Chitose Airport (CTS). Return flight or onward travel.
